1. Engaging suppliers to request quotations for goods and services, ensuring competitive pricing and optimal lead times.
2. Managing requisitions by converting internal purchase requests into accurate and timely purchase orders in line with company policies.
3. Tracking orders by monitoring open orders and proactively following up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and resolve delays or issues.
4. Maintaining documentation by keeping accurate records of supplier communications, quotations, and order confirmations.
5. Updating systems to ensure procurement platforms reflect the latest order and delivery information.
6. Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and supplier performance.
