Job Title:Hygiene Supervisor

Salary:£18.00 per hour
Shift: WeekendFriday - Monday (7am-5pm)

We are looking for a Hygiene Supervisor to join an international food manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality, safety and continuous improvement, This is a key role in a fast-paced, regulated environment where high standards really matter.
Hygiene Supervisor Role:
* Leading hygiene operations and delivering sanitation plans across the site
* Managing team performance, wellbeing, attendance and day-to-day people matters
* Ensuring full compliance with food safety, GMP, HACCP and COSHH requirements
Hygiene Supervisor Requirements:
* Proven experience in hygiene and food safety within food manufacturing
* Knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and safe systems of work
* Experience leading, coaching and motivating teams
Desirable Hygiene Supervisor Requirements:
* Food Safety for Manufacturing Level 2
* High-level platform licence for working at height
* Confined space capability or willingness to train
