Social Creator / Content Producer, London / Hybrid – up to £40K
We’re looking for a Social Creator / Content Producer to join a growing creative agency and help shape how they show up across social, content and new business. This is not a traditional marketing role. It’s a hands‑on opportunity for someone who loves creating content, has a strong visual eye, is confident on camera, and wants to build something properly from the ground up. You’ll work closely with the founders and Head of Content to build the agency’s content and media arm – creating standout social content, supporting new business activity, and helping define how the agency looks and sounds externally.
What you’ll be doing
* Creating and owning the agency’s content output across LinkedIn, Instagram and beyond
* Filming and editing short-form video content for social
* Being comfortable on camera – presenting, interviewing, reacting and helping bring ideas to life
* Creating written, visual and video content that reflects the agency’s personality and work
* Building content formats, workflows and a consistent visual style across channels
* Managing content calendars and community engagement
* Designing social assets, decks, credentials and marketing materials
* Supporting email marketing activity through HubSpot
* Helping with events, workshops, awards entries and client-facing marketing
* Supporting pitches, RFI responses and new business activity
* Occasionally shooting content for clients, including events, social‑first content and campaign assets
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a content, social, creative or marketing role
* Strong content creation skills across video, social and written content
* Confident filming, editing and producing polished short‑form content
* Comfortable in front of camera with personality and presence
* Strong design skills across Adobe, Figma or similar
* Someone who understands social trends, hooks and what makes content perform
* Experience managing social channels with a commercial mindset
* Comfortable using HubSpot or similar CRM / email platforms
* Someone entrepreneurial who enjoys spotting opportunities and building new things
* Agency, brand or media experience would be ideal
