Responsibilities
The role will cover classes during both planned and unplanned teacher absences, providing essential support across all subjects, ensuring students learning progresses uninterrupted. The role contributes to maintaining a calm, focused classroom environment to support student achievement every day.

Qualifications & Requirements
* Knowledge of a range of strategies to manage whole-class behaviour and individual behavioural needs
* L2 qualifications/GCSE in Maths and English (Grade 4) or equivalent
* Experience of working with children and young people
* Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
* A bachelorb s degree in a suitable subject (for some postings)
