If you have previous administration experience thats great but not essential, most importantly we are looking for someone who is wanting an opportunity to grow and develop, keen to learn and succeed within an administrative role.Full Training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
-Compiling accurate and detailed quotations
-Handling incoming customer enquiries, and liaising with customers and suppliers
-Sales order processing, from pre-order checklist to preparation of the order for invoicing
Organising delivery & installation
-Administering projects through to completion
-Supporting sales and project managers daily
-Creation of O&M Manuals
