The Role
* Position: Specialist Tutor (Maths, English, or Science)
* Location: Cambridge (Flexible settings)
* Contract: Flexible Hours, PAYE
* Pay Rate: GBP 2 – GBP 35 per hour (PAYE); competitive pay reflecting your professional teaching qualification and experience

What We’re Looking For (The Requirements)
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Expert Knowledge: Proven ability to deliver high-quality tuition in Maths, English, and/or Science across multiple Key Stages (KS1–Post 16).
* Inclusivity Expertise: Demonstrable experience working effectively with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and approaches for maximum inclusivity and accessibility.
* Exceptional Rapport: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the passion to foster a positive, supportive learning environment that builds a student’s confidence and self-esteem.
* Commitment to Safeguarding: A current, enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain immediately).
