The Role
As a Trainee Senior Conductor, you will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our services. Your responsibilities include assisting passengers, checking and issuing tickets, and maintaining safety for both crew and customers.
Ideal candidates will have experience in cash handling within customer service or retail, possess excellent communication skills, and remain calm under pressure. Willingness to work shifts from Monday to Saturday, with Sundays as scheduled, is required. Own transportation is recommended due to shift timings.

About West Midlands Trains
We operate two railway brands serving the Midlands, Northwest, and London. The West Midlands Railway focuses on Birmingham and surrounding areas, while London Northwestern Railway covers routes to London and Liverpool, with Birmingham at its core.
