This role is ideal for an experienced deputy manager or manager eager to grow with a rapidly expanding company.

What we are looking for:
* A dynamic leader who is tenacious, passionate, and capable of building meaningful relationships.
* Experience of at least 2 years in a role relevant to residential care of children within the last 5 years.
* At least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing care staff.
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent qualification.
* A full UK driving licence.
* Age over 21 to meet industry regulations.
