Responsibilities: Supporting and delivering onboarding and training sessions Building confidence in facilitating sessions and taking on increasingly more ownership Working closely with managers and teams Creating and updating training materials, guides, and learning content Gathering feedback and using insights to continually improve onboarding and learning experiences Supporting new systems, processes and ways of working Getting involved in wider People & Culture initiatives Being a role model for company values and behaviours day-to-day Requirements: Experience in L&D or a coordination role Experience delivering or supporting training sessions, with a desire to take greater ownership of facilitation Experience in creating or adapting training content (or a strong interest in developing this further) Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities Tech-savvy, ready to support others as we evolve our systems and ways of working A collaborative, proactive approach As the face of onboarding and a champion of our culture, you’ll play a key role in shaping how new starters experience the business from day one.
