Quality and Compliance Manager
Are you passionate about driving excellence in care? We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance across a group of care homes in Norfolk and Suffolk.
This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory excellence, and inspire teams to deliver care that goes above and beyond expectations.

The Quality and Compliance Manager will require:
* In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and regulations.
* Valid UK Driving Licence and access to a car, as this position requires frequent travel in Norfolk & Suffolk.
* Proven experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, and compliance.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to produce clear, insightful reports.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* A proactive, resilient mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
* Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Key Responsibilities of the Quality and Compliance Manager:
* Lead and manage internal audits across all services.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with CQC and PAMMS standards.
* Conduct inspections and develop actionable improvement plans.
* Support and guide teams to uphold quality and safety standards.
* Build strong relationships to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
