As a Junior Project Coordinator, you’ll learn how to manage installation projects from start to finish—supported by experienced colleagues every step of the way. What You’ll Be Doing: * Learning how to coordinate installation projects and meet client needs * Supporting communication across sales, service, and supplier teams * Helping process and track orders and purchase paperwork * Assisting with scheduling deliveries and labour * Keeping records tidy and up-to-date * Getting involved in supplier invoicing checks * Responding to customer queries in a professional, friendly way * Contributing your ideas to make things work even better What We’re Looking For: * Great attitude and willingness to learn * Strong communication and organisational skills * Confidence using a computer (we'll support you with systems) * An eye for detail and pride in doing a job well
