Regional Marketing Manager Were partnering with a fast-growing global tour operator to recruit an exceptional Regional Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact role for a strategic, commercially minded marketer who can turn global brand plans into powerful regional campaigns that drive growth. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will own the go-to-market strategy for your regiondefining target audiences, shaping messaging, and ensuring every campaign lands with impact. Youll collaborate closely with sales, product, and central marketing teams to prioritise opportunities, localise assets, and deliver measurable commercial results. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the regional marketing and go-to-market strategy Translate global brand and product plans into relevant, insight-driven regional campaigns Work with sales to shape positioning, sales materials, and pipeline messaging Gather market intelligence and act as the voice of the region to central teams Adapt and approve campaign messaging and creative for local audiences Lead regional product launches and coordinate promotional calendars Track performance, optimise campaigns, and drive improvements in lead quality, engagement, and conversion Partner with central marketing teams (performance, CRM, content) to brief, prioritise, and review activity What Youll Bring: 5 years in regional or commercial marketing (travel, e-commerce, or consumer services ideal) Strong experience developing go-to-market plans and managing regional budgets Proven ability to balance brand building with commercial performance Strong analytical skills with experience using dashboards, CRM, and analytics tools Ability to influence cross-functional and centralised teams Excellent communication and storytelling skills Highly organised, proactive, and accountable for delivering results This is an outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly scaling global organisation where your ideas, leadership, and impact will be truly felt.
