Salesforce Voice & CCaaS Cloud Architect

We’re hiring an experienced Salesforce Voice & CCaaS Cloud Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise contact centre solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.
This is a high-impact contract opportunity focused on cloud contact centre transformation, omnichannel customer experience and enterprise telephony integration within a complex environment.
Key Skills & Experience:
• Salesforce Service Cloud Voice architecture
• Amazon Connect solution design
• CCaaS and Contact Centre transformation
• BYOT (Bring Your Own Telephony)
• CTI integration and Omni-Channel routing
• AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch and IAM
• REST APIs, event-driven integration and webhooks
• NICE WFM / NICE IEX integration
• Contact Lens, voice analytics and reporting
• SIP, RTP and telephony troubleshooting
Responsibilities:
• Define scalable and secure Service Cloud Voice architecture
• Lead Salesforce and Amazon Connect integration design
• Architect omnichannel routing and telephony integration
• Deliver enterprise-grade voice and CRM solutions
• Support high-availability and multi-region cloud deployments
• Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams and business leaders
Ideal candidates will have strong experience delivering enterprise contact centre or customer experience transformation programmes within consulting, systems integration or large-scale corporate environments.
