Responsibilities
Account Relationship Management
1. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key machine distributors.
2. Act as the main point of contact for all distributor-related business matters.
3. Conduct regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with distributors.
Sales & Revenue Growth
4. Drive sales growth through distributor channels by setting and tracking sales targets.
5. Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts or regions.
6. Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions for distributors.
Business Planning & Forecasting
7. Create joint business plans with distributors including sales forecasts, marketing activities, and growth initiatives.
8. Monitor distributor performance against targets and KPIs
9. Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior management.
10. Distributor Development & Support
11. Support distributors with training, product information, and marketing tools.
12. Help distributors develop their own capabilities in sales, Application, and customer engagement.
13. Resolve issues related to pricing, inventory, logistics, and customer service in coordination with internal teams.
14. Market Approch & Strategy
15. Gather and report market intelligence from the field regarding competitors, trends, and customer feedback.
16. Analyze data to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
17. Contribute to strategy development for product positioning and distribution optimization.
Cross-functional Collaboration
18. Work closely with marketing, finance, logistics, technical service, and product management teams to align goals and execution.
19. Ensure smooth execution of promotional campaigns and new product introductions through distributors.
Compliance & Contract Management
20. Ensure distributor activities comply with contractual obligations, company policies, and legal regulations.
21. Negotiate commercial agreements and renewals, ensuring mu-tual profitability.
22. Identify local/regional Machine Distributor together with the Business Planning division in particular Hitachi & Volvo brands
23. Negotiate all distribution contracts
24. Identify the needs of the machinery distributors
25. Lead and inform our partners or subsidiaries, put in place an operational strategy.
26. Manage and develop the tools and services for the animation of Machinery distributors sales
27. Deploy the sales strategy to increase turnover and margin
28. Analyze company performance and define action plans
29. Teamwork with our subsidiaries and partners
30. Interacting with Key account Construction contractors Team and Major regional Accounts
31. Monitor sales activity against budget
32. Provide sales forecasting and progress reports
33. Lead pilot projects
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
34. Serval years of working experience in a similar position
35. Professional background in sales
36. Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal
37. Well-organized, accurate and thorough work, self-directed team player
38. Willingness to travel across United Kingdom amd Ireland approximately 60% of the working time

39. Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically, as well as creative problem-solving skills
40. Well-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage at a variety of levels.
