ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create visual assets, including graphics, layouts, and illustrations for print and digital platforms.
· Follow creative briefs and contribute fresh ideas to projects.
· Assist in the development of marketing materials such as flyers, stockist banners, social media graphics, website content and other promotional materials
* In Store Assets: Create and implement visually appealing product displays that meet distributors requirements and capture customer interest.
* Campaign Assets: With the Creative Brand Manager create campaign graphic treatments that encompass the overall look and feel of the campaign, including color schemes, typography, and layout to ensure consistent execution.
BRAND CONSISTENCY:
* Ensure all designs are consistent with the brand's visual identity, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and overall style.
* Maintain and update brand guidelines to ensure coherence across all marketing and packaging materials.
COLLABORATION:
* Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and develop creative solutions that meet marketing objectives.
* Collaborate with the product team to ensure packaging designs are practical, cost-effective, and manufacturable.
* Partner with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery
RESEARCH:
* Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure the brand's design strategy is current and competitive.
* Experiment with new design ideas and techniques to continuously improve the brand's visual appeal and effectiveness.
* Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences, competitive landscape, and packaging trends.
* Analyze the performance of marketing materials and packaging designs, using insights to inform future design strategies.

Base Salary:
* £26,000 – £27,000 per year.
This salary range is typical for an entry-level or junior role in Junior Graphics designer in Stoke-on-Trent, taking into account the local cost of living and the junior nature of the position.
