The Role:
As a team manager, you will ideally be based in the office with some flexibility for home working. You will manage your own caseload and lead a team of 4–6 lawyers. You should demonstrate management experience and be commercially astute. Coaching and mentoring team members to ensure high standards for clients is a key part of this role. The firm acts for well-known national house builders, making this a high-profile position.
The Candidate:
You will be a highly experienced and qualified residential conveyancer seeking your next move. Proven management experience and a track record of team growth are preferred. You should have strong knowledge of residential conveyancing matters and be methodical and organized in your approach.
