About The Role
The Talent, Development & Coaching Centre of Excellence (TD&C CoE) partners with the business to deliver high‑quality development opportunities that support both the firm’s strategic priorities and individual growth. The team consists of connected people professionals who bring creativity, expertise, and market insight, working closely with business subject matter experts to address evolving development needs. The LoS and Firmwide Design Teams create impactful learning solutions by designing, curating, and developing programmes aligned to business objectives and learner needs, using innovative approaches and technology where it enhances effectiveness. Design Consultants work within Portfolio Strategy Leader teams to translate business goals into clear learning objectives, design effective learning interventions, apply learning design methodologies, review content, and support programme delivery and project management.
What Your Days Will Look Like
* Design and deliver learning programmes aligned to business needs by curating and authoring content, engaging subject matter experts and suppliers, following S&I processes, and incorporating accessibility, inclusion, wellbeing, sustainability, and environmental considerations.
* Enable effective delivery and measurable learning outcomes through collaboration with Learning Implementation & Reporting and Event Delivery teams, facilitation of design workshops, briefing and training of facilitators, and implementation and analysis of programme‑level evaluation metrics.
* Maintain quality, consistency, and alignment across learning design by reviewing content produced by peers and junior designers, ensuring learning objectives are met, challenging learning effectiveness, sharing best practice, and aligning T&D activity across the CoE.
* Leading Strengthen capability and collaboration by coaching and supervising junior designers, managing key stakeholder and SME relationships, supporting knowledge sharing and innovation adoption, and contributing to project management activities where required.
This Role Is For You If
* Strong understanding of PwC’s service offerings, strategy, business priorities, and global operating context.
* Proven capability to design, develop, and deliver high‑quality, innovative learning solutions across face‑to‑face and digital formats.
* Solid knowledge of digital learning solutions and learning technologies, with the ability to use them to enhance and transform learning experiences.
* Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate confidently in written and verbal contexts.
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, work collaboratively, and lead, coach, and develop self and others within a team environment.
* Resilience and professionalism in managing projects, assimilating complex information, and delivering outcomes under pressure in ambiguous and changing landscape.
