You'll support senior professionals, including MDs, VPs and associates, helping keep fast-moving global teams running smoothly. You'll work across time zones, coordinate meetings, manage expenses and organise international travel.
We're looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience, with fluent french or fluent German. Someone who has been a Team Assistant/ Expense Assistant/ Administrative Assistant and has experience organising domestic travel and coordinating meetings. You'll be confident, outgoing, and client-facing in your communication, as well as eager to grow.
