About You

We are looking for a detail-driven and commercially aware Reward Specialist to join our People Support team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring our colleagues are rewarded accurately, fairly, and competitively - while using data and insight to shape smarter, more impactful reward decisions.

You will thrive in this role if you are naturally analytical, organised, and confident working with data, with a clear understanding of how effective reward drives engagement and performance. You bring at least two years’ experience in Reward and/or Payroll, with a strong grasp of payroll legislation including HMRC, National Minimum Wage, and GDPR. You’re highly skilled in Excel and data analysis, with experience in reward modelling and reporting, and a reputation for exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

You are equally comfortable working with detail and collaborating with stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering meaningful outcomes.

Your Impact

You will take ownership of reward data, support payroll excellence, and contribute to continuous improvement across our reward and benefits offering.

You will be at the heart of our reward and payroll operations, helping to:

* Ensure accurate, timely payroll delivery
* Drive insightful reward analysis and modelling
* Influence pay, bonus, and benefits strategies
* Support compliance and continuous improvement
* Enhance the overall colleague experience through reward

What we are looking for

You are a someone who enjoys combining analytics with real people impact and someone who thrives on driving performance and influencing outcomes.

You’ll likely bring:

* 2 years’ experience in Payroll and/or Reward
* Strong knowledge of payroll legislation (HMRC, NMW, GDPR)
* Advanced Excel and data analysis capability
* Experience in reward modelling and reporting
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
