Senior Product Manager – Hybrid (travel to the Head Office in Annesley Nottingham 1x per week, may be more frequent as required)
Basic salary up to £77,000 plus bonus, car allowance, family PMI, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services.
As our Senior Product Manager, you'll set the pace and the direction — leading both long-term strategic roadmaps and high-impact quick wins. You'll own the full product lifecycle, from uncovering customer insights to launching solutions that delight our users and drive measurable business impact.
You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and senior leadership, building strong partnerships and ensuring every decision is rooted in data, market trends, and customer needs. You'll also create scalable frameworks that turn great ideas into repeatable successes — driving continuous improvement in product management at Lithia UK.
You'll have the opportunity to be involved with:
* Developing and executing product roadmaps that deliver meaningful impact, ensuring every initiative is guided by customer insights and business priorities
* Identifying opportunities, validating ideas, and championing digital experiences that enhance customer engagement and strengthen Lithia UK's market position
* Launching high-quality products at pace while making smart trade-offs between speed and sustainability
* Designing scalable processes and frameworks that empower teams to deliver consistent results, improve efficiency, and share best practices across the business
* Collaborating with senior leaders, technical experts, and external partners to align priorities, remove obstacles, and keep projects moving towards shared goals
Do you have what it takes to be a Lithia UK colleague? We're looking for someone who has:
* 5 + years of experience in product management, with a proven history of successfully launching and iterating customer-facing digital products that deliver real value
* Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies and the full product lifecycle, with the ability to adapt processes to suit the scale and complexity of each initiative
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategic decisions, uncover opportunities, and measure success
* A leadership presence that builds trust, influences stakeholders, and inspires teams to perform at their best
