The new-build 144-roomibis Bridgwater– opened in March 2021– managed by Cycas Hospitality and is Cycas’ first property under the Ibis name by the Accor brand. The five-storey property incorporates a ground-floor restaurant named the Keepers Kitchen & Bar, and meeting facilities.

Key Job Responsibilities
* Taking food and beverage orders and maximise sales opportunities through knowledge of product and up-selling.
* Serving food and drinks in a timely, courteous manner.
* Clearing tables and ensuring cleanliness in the bar and restaurant areas.
* Handling payments and processing bills.
* Restocking supplies and monitoring inventory.
* Following health and safety guidelines, including hygiene standards.
* Keeping all working areas clean and tidy.
* Ensuring a memorable experience for our guests, offering an attentive and personalised service.
