We are seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and help ISS deliver a world-class maintenance service across a designated client property or region.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for air conditioning and refrigeration maintenance, including fault-finding, repairs, installations, and reactive works. You will also assist with general building services tasks as needed to ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
* Perform PPM, reactive, and proactive works on AC and refrigeration systems to meet service levels
* Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems and components
* Conduct preventive maintenance and repair or adjust systems as needed
* Diagnose faults and replace defective parts, including compressors, valves, and controls
* Install, rebuild, or replace HVAC system components such as fans, motors, and thermostats
* Undertake additional building services tasks, including HVAC, fabric, and mechanical maintenance
* Ensure all works comply with safety standards and customer requirements
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
* Extensive experience in HVAC, refrigeration, and AC maintenance, including installation and fault finding
* Proven track record in reactive and planned preventative maintenance within commercial environments
* Strong background in facilities management or building services
* Thorough understanding of Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments and method statements
* City & Guilds 2079 or CITB J11 in Safe Handling of Refrigerants
* NVQ 2/3 or City & Guilds in relevant HVAC or refrigeration disciplines
* Valid IPAF and PASMA certifications
