Job Title: Regional HR Business Partner Location: Home based- with frequent travel to Hertfordshire Oxfordshire (4 locations) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: £44,000-£46,000 car allowance great benefits Important to note: This is a Regional role - travel to each location is expected each week and working in-between at home/ offsite! Signet resources are working exclusively with a Care home group with locations all over the UK, to find an HR Business Partner supporting 4 care homes in Oxfordshire and Hertfordshire. Currently this will be supporting 3 locations, however, and excitingly, a 4th location is going to be opening towards the end of 2025! Role Overview: As the Regional HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning the HR strategies with the overall goals of organisation. You will provide expert HR support for the 4 locations, ensuring the workforce is engaged, skilled, and capable of delivering high-quality care. You will collaborate closely with management teams, offering guidance on a range of HR issues, including leading on ER, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage ER casework including absence management, capability and performance. Develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business objectives of Oakland Care Home. Support the Head of L&D with talent reviews and succession planning Partner with site managers to provide HR guidance and support in areas such as recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention across all locations. Analyse HR metrics and develop action plans to address workforce challenges. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and career progression. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on all HR-related matters. Qualifications: Experience in an HR regional role 3-5 years of HR experience as an HR Generalist Strong ER experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
