Sales Office Administrator needed for a well-established Construction client! This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be part of a team in a widely-relevant industry.
The right candidate will have:
* Experience in office administration / Sales administration, preferably for a construction company
* Be highly detailed orientated
* Be organised and punctual
* Must be able to drive and have own vehicle
* Experienced using Microsoft Excel & Word
* A good telephone manner
As a Sales Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Uploading files / information to portals
* Answering the main line and passing enquires / sales leads to the right point of contact
* Monitoring and responding to email enquiries
* Updating Spreadsheets / databases
* Expenses and other relevant paperwork
* Hardcopy and electronic filing
Location: Bourne End, High Wycombe
Reporting to: Office Manager
Job Type: Temp to Perm
This role is a great opportunity for somebody to grow in to the company. Starting on a temporary basis, you will take on a permanent position after the probationary period.
