We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Outpatients at St Helens Hospital.
As a front‑door member of the Trust, you will work with nursing staff and doctors to ensure patients receive respectful, dignified care from start to finish.
Responsibilities
* Assist trained nursing staff and doctors with patient care, procedures, chaperoning and directing patients to other departments as required.
* Prepare consulting rooms, ensuring necessary documentation, equipment, and examination beds are ready and cleaned for each clinic.
* Receive patients into the clinic, provide them with information and advice, and deliver a high standard of direct nursing care.
* Work under remote supervision while upholding patient dignity at all times.
