Your main responsibilities within this role will be: To work as part of a team, in a busy environment, undertaking general cleaning duties. Duties will include vacuuming, washroom cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, window cleaning, wiping of furniture and occasional use of electrical machinery, i.e. buffing machine and scrubber dryer. Litter picking, emptying bins and sweeping of hard surfaces, school fields, entrances and pathways on a daily basis. Routine deep cleaning of hard areas, equipment and litter bins. Follow good housekeeping, ensuring all shared working and recreational spaces are kept clean and tidy at all times. All staff will ensure the safeguarding of young people by the implementation of Child Protection and other safeguarding policies.You will be required to work outside in all weather conditions for 3 hours per day. All equipment, all weather wear and uniform will be provided.
