Senior Coordinator Employee Relations Projects
We’re looking for a Senior Coordinator, Employee Relations Projects, to join our European Employee Relations (ER) team on a 12-month fixed‑term basis.
Based in Media City, Manchester and working in a hybrid manner, this role plays a key part in supporting the smooth coordination and delivery of ER projects across Europe. In this role you will provide high‑quality operational and project support, working closely with senior ER leadership on organisational change, integration programmes, and wider ER initiatives.
A Taste of What You’ll be Doing
* Employee Relations Projects & Team Support - Provide critical project coordination and administrative support for European ER initiatives and integration activity, including tracking actions, coordinating meetings, preparing documentation, and supporting stakeholder engagement. Support the Senior ER & Reward Director and broader ER team by ensuring activities are well organised, documented accurately, and delivered to plan. Handle sensitive ER documentation and correspondence with absolute confidentiality, in line with data protection and governance requirements.
* Euro Forum & Event Coordination - Lead the end‑to‑end planning, organisation and delivery of Euro Forum meetings and related project events. Manage all logistics, including agendas, materials preparation, translations, travel arrangements, and post‑meeting follow‑up actions. Act as a key point of contact for Euro Forum stakeholders, including European leadership teams and employee delegates, ensuring clear communication and effective engagement.
* Operational & Financial Support - Manage project and Forum‑related invoicing, including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, and tracking invoices. Provide coordination and operational support that enables the delivery of the wider European ER strategy.
We’re Looking for Someone With
* A professional and confident communicator, comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
* Proven experience in an HR coordination, administrative, or project support role, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and confidentiality at all times. Experience organising complex events and coordinating delegates, vendors, and third parties.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR or enterprise systems such as SAP.
* Experience supporting employee relations activities and organisational change or transformation programmes is highly desirable.
