We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact by combining your passion for recruitment with a focus on developing relationships and winning new business.
Key responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the industry
Proactively identifying new business opportunities through targeted sales efforts
Managing the full recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement
Conducting interviews and selecting candidates who meet the needs of our clients
Ensuring high quality service delivery whilst achieving KPI’s and targets
Contributing to the growth and success of the branch
What we’re looking for:
A dynamic and motivated individual with a proven track record in recruitment, business development, or sales
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to thrive in a fast paced, results driven environment
