Bodyshop Manager
1. Location: Warrington
2. Salary: £36,000 Basic, plus Bonus
3. £54,000 OTE
4. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm (or someting similar)

Are you an experienced and motivated professional seeking a leadership role within a thriving motor group? We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Bodyshop Manager to join a Warrington bodyshop.

Duties:
14. Lead, motivate, and manage a small bodyshop team
15. Oversee workflow to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
16. Manage customer and insurance company relationships effectively
17. Control estimates, costs, and maximise profitability
18. Ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications, health and safety regulations, and industry standards
19. Drive quality assurance and uphold customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
20. Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager / Controller or similar leadership role in a bodyshop environment
21. Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating procedures
22. Excellent team management and communication skills
23. Customer-focused with a professional approach to service delivery
24. Commercial acumen and ability to manage KPIs effectively
25. Experience liaising with insurers and accident management companies
26. Desirable: ATA/VDA accreditation, full UK driving licence with no more than six points, technical or engineering qualifications
