Monday to Friday (Term-Time Only)

9:00 am - 4:30 pm (flexible working available)
Pay Rate:
£30-£35 per hour (PAYE - case dependent)

We're looking for committed SEN Teachers to work one-to-one with students who need tailored academic and emotional support. What You'll Do
1. Create a Safe and Supportive Space: Build trust and consistency to help students feel secure and ready to learn.
2. Deliver Bespoke Learning Plans: Adapt your teaching to meet each student's individual strengths, needs, and goals.
3. Work in Partnership with Families: Collaborate with parents and carers to ensure a joined-up approach to support.
4. Encourage Confidence and Progress: Use creative, empathetic teaching to build resilience, self-esteem, and academic achievement.
5. Lead by Example: Promote positive behaviours and values that inspire lifelong learning and personal development.
What You'll Bring
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE)
2. At least two years of teaching experience
3. Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English, and Science (UK curriculum)
4. Experience across Key Stages 1 to 4
5. Excellent English skills and a background in SEN education
6. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
7. Legal right to work in the UK
8. A solid understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
