Perceptyx is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven Program Coordinator to join our team for a four-month opportunity. In this role, you’ll partner with our Program Managers and Customers
You’ll support Program Managers by managing project timelines, customer deliverables, building employee experience programs, and delivering actionable insights for customers. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for technology, and a drive to deliver timely, exceptional employee insights and actions, we’d love to hear from you.
Things You'll Do:
* Collaborate with Perceptyx program managers to build and launch employee experience programs
* Help keep programs on track by monitoring key milestones, deadlines, and deliverables while identifying risks and issues on projects
* Preparing materials for key customer deliverables and meetings
* Joining and participating in customer communications
* Proven ability to create clear, thorough, and well-organized documentation
* Coordinate meetings and logistics internally and externally
* Organize and maintain program documentation across systems (Certinia, Gainsight)
* Participate in team meetings, 1:1s, and contribute to process improvement discussions
* Share ideas and feedback that help enhance the way we deliver value to customers
Things You'll Bring:
* Experience: Experience either via educational background or early work experience in SaaS, research, data, or analytics
* Education: Undergraduate degree preferred.
* Technical Skills:
o Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
o Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
o Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
o Demonstrated tech-savviness
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Experience working in cross-functional teams or customer-facing environments is a plus
Compensation:
Perceptyxis focused on equitable pay for all our staff and aims for transparency with our pay practices. The hourly range for the role is 14.8-18.5 GBP per hour.The above hourly range represents the expected base hourly range for this position. The actual hourly may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.

Annual Leave:
You are entitled to unlimited paid holiday during each holiday year. This is inclusive of usual public holidays in England and Wales if that would be one of your normal working days or a day in lieu where we require you to work on a public holiday.
Pension:
The Company will provide such pension arrangements as are required by law, which it does currently through Royal London to which the Company contributes 3%, which can be subject to change.
