Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in bringing our design visions to life, ensuring that every project meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
* Apply paint, wallpaper, and other finishes to various surfaces
* Collaborate with designers to achieve desired aesthetics
* Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality
* Maintain tools and equipment in good condition
* Follow safety protocols and regulations on-site
* Communicate effectively with team members and clients
* Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines
* Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator or similar role
* Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials
* Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
* Good communication skills in English
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Valid driver's license is a plus
* Familiarity with safety regulations in construction environments
