Team Size: 13 GPs, 6 nurses, 2 pharmacists, and other clinical support staff.
Building Facilities: Newly renovated, purpose‑built sites with modern infrastructure and on‑site parking across two locations.
Training Practice: Established training practice affiliated with Plymouth University, training GPs, medical students, nurses, paramedics, and overseas doctors.
Role Responsibilities
* Clinical work: each session involves ~16‑17 patient consultations (mix of face‑to‑face and telephone)
* Duty doctor: 1 in 4 rota, salaried GPs work a duty day per week
* Protected admin time is included with flexible workload management options
What They are Looking For
* GMC‑registered GP (or awaiting registration) with a passion for patient care
* Strong teamwork skills and commitment to reducing GP burnout
* Full UK driving licence would be ideal (required for travel between clinics)
