Job Responsibilities
Development of Ceuta Healthcare client relationships to achieve profitable sales and distribution of products within designated categories and trade channels, aligning with client and company objectives.
Client Specific Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage designated clients
* Serve as the key contact for all client requirements
* Manage client trade objectives
* Develop trade marketing plans
* Chair regular review meetings and conference calls
* Forecast sales and market trends
Trade Specific Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Go2Grocery sales teams to develop category solutions and strategic plans
* Lead trade meetings
* Coordinate and influence range review processes
* Manage partnership marketing activities
* Oversee design, production, and implementation of POSM materials
* Manage merchandising and in-store consumer activities
* Provide sales force with necessary brand information and presentations
Career Experience and Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in the grocery field or related environment
* Experience working with trade customers
* Sales and/or marketing experience is advantageous
* Good educational background, including Maths and English; Degree or equivalent
Required Skills:
* Strong analytical skills and trend forecasting abilities
* Understanding of financial metrics like ROI, promotional evaluation, and sales modeling
* Knowledge of category management and ranging principles
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
* Ability to interpret marketing guidelines and adapt activities accordingly
