Salary: £Competitive Bonus, Car allowance and Flexible Benefit Fund Contract: Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week, 52 weeks) Location: North of England / Midlands (UK-wide travel required) We are looking for an accomplished senior operations leader to take charge of circa £24m portfolio spanning approximately 130 sites, including a flagship national contract with Oasis.This is more than an operational role, it’s about shaping relationships at the highest level, driving strategic change, and ensuring outstanding delivery across a diverse region. As Business Director – North & Oasis Schools, you will: Lead and develop a high-performing team, including senior operators and on-the-ground managers. Act as the key strategic contact for Oasis, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. Oversee performance, growth, and service quality across your patch in the North and parts of the Midlands. Drive contract retention and expansion by identifying opportunities for innovation and additional services. Ensure operational excellence, safety, compliance, and strong financial performance. Influence and deliver organisational change in line with a wider restructure and growth strategy. What we’re looking for You will bring: Experience of having operated successfully within an outsourced B2B and B2C environment Demonstrable track record of developing successful operational strategies across a broad portfolio Proven track record of leading and managing experienced operators and large numbers of employees Exceptional client relationship management skills Development of commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client needs and price products/services accordingly Proven financial acumen essential with commercial experience and business acumen Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business change programmes Proven experience of developing profitable relationships with clients Proven experience in identifying and selling new business Why join us?
