Community Nurse - NHS - Cannock & Burton
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Community Nurse to work across Cannock and Burton within the NHS.
Contract & Location
* Contract Length: Initially 3 months, with potential for extension
* Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
* Location: Community-based role across multiple sites
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care in the community
* Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
* Administer medication and treatments as prescribed
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
* Previous experience in community nursing
* NMC registration
* Strong communication and organisational skills
