Sanctuary Personnel, a leading recruitment company to the private and public sector has a permanent vacancy for a Registered Manager to work full time based in Hillingdon, within Children's Services (Residential).
The salary for this permanent Registered Manager job is £47,805 - £51,903 per annum.

As part of the social work service at Hillingdon Council you will deliver vital services with award winning teams in a stimulating and challenging environment.
Hillingdon have significant challenges, particularly with vulnerable children including those being trafficked into the UK. As a port authority they have formed excellent partnerships with colleagues in Border Force, The Home Office as well as specialist Police Teams located at Britain's premier airport including SO15, Counter Terrorism.
The borough of Hillingdon offers fantastic transport links with the A40, M25, the Metropolitan and Piccadilly lines all local, so you can travel to work with ease. Putting the residents first is at the heart of everything they do, and they are looking for talented and skilled people to help us deliver our wide range of services across the borough of Hillingdon.

Requirements of the Registered Manager:
* 5 years children's social care/social work - with at least 2 years in residential care at management level.
* NVQ/QCF 4 registered Managers award, Certificate in Management studies (CMS), or Diploma in Management/Business studies or Diploma in Social Work, or any other Health or Social Care related field.
