🔸 The Opportunity
We’re looking for a bright, organised and proactive Junior Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn all aspects of global conference production and marketing.
You’ll assist across logistics, marketing and administration — and gain first-hand experience at major international events.
🔸 Key Responsibilities
* Support conference logistics, including liaison with venues, suppliers, banners and AV teams
* Assist with sponsor, speaker and delegate communication and tracking
* Maintain and update databases for attendees, speakers and partners
* Help with marketing activities including website updates, newsletters, and social media posts
* Assist with budgeting and invoice tracking
* Contribute to onsite event delivery at our conferences in London, New York and Hong Kong

* Bright, quick to learn, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
* Excellent organisation and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and CRM or email tools
* Diligent, reliable, and a strong team player
* Enthusiastic about events, marketing or financial innovation
🔸 Experience & Qualifications
* 1–3 years’ experience in events, marketing, or administrative roles (preferred but not essential)
* University degree or equivalent experience
* Willingness to travel internationally
