Hamilton Woods Associates are currently working on behalf of a housing association, who are recruiting for a Compliance Officer on an initial temporary basis
The role will ecompass the delivery of an effective and legally compliant asset compliance service, including gas, electricity, fire, asbestos, water hygiene, EPC's.
Office working will be required one to two days a week
Responsibilities of the Compliance Officer:
Procuring, managing and delivering asset compliance programmes including managing external contractors and maximising value for money
Holding responsibility for compliance, reinvestment, stock condition and asset data
Accurately capturing and recording all compliance data on the Assset Register
Assisting with financial planning, budget setting for statutory compliance and reinvestment activity
Managing the day-to-day operational delivery of compliance and cyclical programmes
Ensuring compliance and cyclical programmes are fully compliant and delivered to time and budget
