About The Role
Maxar is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join the International Government team (UK & Europe) based in London.
The CSA is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through operational support and delivery against contractual commitments. They ensure products and services meet performance standards and foster ongoing relationships to retain and grow accounts.
The CSA supports customers in the Defense and Intelligence sector, acting as the primary contact and coordinating with other Maxar resources as needed.
Responsibilities And Experience
* Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring contract delivery of online platforms and offline products/services.
* Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, proactively resolving concerns related to Maxar’s services.
* Work cross-functionally to address complex customer issues and represent the voice of the customer.
* Analyze data to provide fact-based solutions and monitor customer KPIs.
* Inform customers about new products and features.
* Understand customers’ business processes involving Maxar products/services.
* Identify upsell or new revenue opportunities and inform sales accordingly.
* Work towards deadlines and financial targets.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 3 years in customer-facing roles within global organizations.
* Strong aptitude for technical platforms and software products.
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
* Experience in GIS, Remote Sensing, or Image Processing is preferred.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
* UK citizenship required due to security requirements.
* This is a hybrid position in London with 15-30% travel.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Defense and Intelligence sectors.
* Knowledge of customer service and retention best practices.
* Strong communication skills.
