We're hiring for our Recruitment Consultant Development Programme - the Impact Academy, based in our thriving Bristol office. You'll join a high-performing, supportive team with over 25 years of combined recruitment experience, committed to helping you succeed from day one.

Our Impact Academy is a structured, industry-leading training programme designed to turn driven individuals into successful Recruitment Consultants. You'll receive hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and real responsibility from the start.
The Role
During your first year, you will:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for temporary and permanent education roles
Create professional candidate profiles and CVs for client marketing
Work closely with experienced sales teams to increase placements
Manage your workload against weekly targets and KPIs
Earn commission as you progress and build your deskSupport & Development
You won't be doing this alone. You'll be supported by:
A dedicated Team Manager
An expert internal training team
A mentor from within the business
Daily exposure to some of the top-performing consultants in the education sectorProgression & Long-Term Career Path
After completing your first year, you'll move onto a dedicated Sales Desk, where you'll receive advanced training in:
Business development and client relationship management
Margin negotiation
Impact sales training
Safeguarding and compliance
Managing challenging conversations
Customer service and time managementMany Impact Academy graduates go on to become top 10 consultants within their first year in sales.
