We are looking for aLift Repairs Estimatorto join our Service team to cover the Glasgow area. As an experienced Lift Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Identifying opportunities for chargeable repair works from company maintenance portfolio and by reviewing engineers reports weekly.
* Issue quotations as necessary to support incoming client insurance reports and isolated/defective units.
* Responsible for creating prompt accurate quotations.
* Responsible for issuing sufficient quote volume to attain required order intake value and profitability.
* Responsible for regular contact with customers to ensure quotations are received and understood.
* Manage and guide customer expectations on the companys services.
* Support the regional office service administration functions, including taking calls when necessary.
