About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the planning, development, and delivery of overhead line projects. They will work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all work is completed safely, to a high quality standard, and within the agreed timeframe and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the completion and submission of all OHL site construction works (as-built drawings etc.) to the Client where necessary.
2. Chair, document, and manage the actions from the internal weekly team progress (programme) meetings.
3. Organise all support activities where required (such as plant and machinery, TMA etc.).
4. Manage the documentation for planned work such as interruption cards, safe digs, surveys, council notices etc.
Requirements:
* ONC in Electrical Engineering or Overhead Line authorisation codes held for 5 years plus (not under supervision) relevant to switching and linking on LV.
* Experience planning both LV and HV works in DNO areas.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
* Use of Microsoft Office Applications.
* Customer/Client Management.
