* Job Type: Full-time (Hybrid Available)
* Salary: £45,000- £80,000 (dependant on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
* Manage a comprehensive caseload covering all aspects of private client law including Estate and Care Fees Planning, Wills and Will Writing, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, Trusts and Trust Administration, Probate and Administration of Estates, Inheritance Tax Planning and Investments, Charities, and Deputyship.
* Provide expert legal advice and services to clients, ensuring high standards of client service and legal compliance.
* Actively engage in the management and administration of trusts and estates, including tax issues and planning.
* Participate in business development activities to enhance the firm's presence in the private client sector.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Demonstrable experience and knowledge in private client law, particularly focusing on wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues (3+ years PQE).
* Ability to manage a high volume of cases independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and initiative.
* Professional demeanour with strong client interaction skills.
* Technical competence in private client law.
* STEP qualification would be preferable but not essential; candidates undertaking STEP will also be considered as the firm supports career development and studying.
