Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a hospitality environment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they meet our quality standards.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain an inviting environment.
* Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness throughout the premises.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as necessary.
* Assist with laundry duties when required, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety while performing all cleaning tasks.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential.
* Strong attention to detail with an ability to work independently and efficiently.
* Excellent time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
* Ability to follow instructions and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
* A positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and team members alike.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
