We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Chef to deliver high-quality dishes to our customers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional cuisine and will be able to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Working closely with the Head Chef to develop menus and ensure consistency of quality
* Liaising with suppliers to source the freshest ingredients
* Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
* Supporting the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef in a similar establishment
* Strong knowledge of French-inspired cuisine
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
* Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Other Information:
This is a full-time position, working 48 hours per week. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
