About the Role:
My client Ltd is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and inspire a growing team of Account Executives. This is a dynamic, hands-on leadership role focused on performance management, strategic planning, and team development within a high-energy, B2B sales environment. You'll play a key role in shaping our outbound telesales function, maximising results, and contributing directly to our continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives to consistently exceed sales targets
* Design and deliver effective onboarding programmes for new hires, and support ongoing development across the wider sales team
* Set clear performance expectations and KPIs, providing regular one-to-one feedback and performance reviews
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business goals and market trends
* Drive pipeline performance and ensure high conversion of qualified leads through effective team management
* Support recruitment activities, including interviewing and selecting top sales talent as part of our team scaling strategy
* Collaborate with senior leadership on forecasting, sales reporting, and overall business development initiatives
* Represent the company at relevant industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
* Utilise CRM and sales enablement tools to monitor team performance and improve workflow efficiency
Requirements – Must Haves:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership or management role, preferably within financial services, B2B, or telesales environments
* Demonstrated success in achieving team sales targets and developing high-performing teams
* Strong coaching and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and challenge others to grow
* Commercially minded, with strategic thinking and analytical skills to make data-informed decisions
* Familiarity with CRM platforms and performance tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
* Confident in both day-to-day team management and contributing to long-term business strategy
