As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees, a company that values high‑quality education and provides ample growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Lead Educational Activities: Plan and deliver activities that support children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Key Person Role: Oversee children's development and care needs, and build strong family connections.
Qualifications
* Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
* Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
* Good communication and excellent organisational skills; ability to apply knowledge of child development to plan and deliver activities.

Busy Bees Wigston Magna is rated "Good" by Ofsted and has a capacity of 54 children. Established in 1995, our nursery offers a warm, welcoming, and stimulating environment. Housed across two floors, our four bright and cheerful rooms provide ample space for learning, development, and fun while prioritising comfort. Our outdoor play area encourages physical activity, healthy habits, and exploration of the world around them. Practitioners prepare and plan activities that engage children in the outdoor learning environment, ensuring access to all areas of learning outside. Conveniently located near Wigston Magna’s shopping centre and adjacent to Memorial Park, our nursery is perfect for busy parents seeking early years learning in a convenient location.
