About the Role
Join our vibrant team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld, where your primary mission is to ensure our guests have a fantastic and safe experience! Your keen attention to detail will be crucial as you monitor the pool and flumes, all while providing exceptional customer service.
In this role, you’ll not only keep our guests safe but also promote and run engaging poolside activities, creating unforgettable memories for everyone. If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need through our NPLQ course.
About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals who can easily connect with a diverse range of guests. As a strong swimmer with a sharp eye for detail, you’ll be able to monitor the pool effectively, even during busy times.
If you have prior lifeguard experience, we’d love to hear from you! However, we’re also excited to support you in obtaining your NPLQ certification with us.
While you’ll be part of a fantastic team, there will be moments when you’ll supervise areas independently. Our business operates seven days a week, so flexibility, reliability, and punctuality are essential as you play a vital role in our team.
