In the summer of 2024, renowned British chef Jackson Boxer took the helm of the restaurant, reimagining the food offering against the backdrop of a full restaurant redesign. Expect nods to their Parisian heritage and the city’s famed bistros, as well as to Covent Garden’s rich history. Role Overview:
Responsible for planning,
organising and developing all operations of the housekeeping department to
ensure a high level of cleanliness, following all guidelines and ensuring that
the highest standards are met.
DUTIES
AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Management
* Oversee
daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping operations
* Plan
staff rotas and manage holidays
* Maintain
stock (linen, cleaning supplies, equipment)
* Inspect
rooms and public areas daily
* Ensure
standards are consistently met
* Work
with maintenance to resolve issues
Team Leadership
* Recruit,
train, and mentor housekeeping staff
* Create
a positive and productive work environment
Inventory & Supplies
* Manage
stockrooms and ordering
* Keep
track of inventory levels
Guest Experience
* Handle
guest complaints and issues
* Monitor
satisfaction and communicate feedback to the team
